Kylian Mbappe missed PSG training on Sunday ahead of Manchester City clash

Man City vs PSG

Manchester City and PSG are set to go head-to-head in the second of two Champions League semi-final ties next week.

The tie will take place on Tuesday evening at the Etihad at 8:00 PM UK time.

City, of course, head into the game boasting the advantage after picking up a huge win in Paris last time out.

PSG took the lead in the reverse fixture within 15 minutes. However, a dominant second-half display from the Citizens eventually saw Pep Guardiola’s side come from behind to win 2-1, securing two huge away goals in the process.

That result obviously means that Man City can lose 1-0 at the Etihad on Tuesday and still secure a spot in this season’s Champions League final.

Kylian Mbappe misses PSG training

And, in a further boost to the English outfit, PSG are having some issues on the personnel front.

Idrissa Gueye will miss the second leg after being sent off after 77 minutes in Paris.

And, Kylian Mbappe also look to be a doubt for Tuesday’s game.

It was confirmed earlier this week that the Frenchman had suffered a calf issue and was set to sit out PSG’s Ligue 1 meeting with Lens on Saturday.

Now, as per L’Equipe, Mbappe is yet to train ahead of the City game after missing out on training on Sunday:
